End-to-end design and development of a real-time social networking ecosystem.
The Challenge
Building a cohesive product identity across an expanding ecosystem of interconnected applications - each distinct in purpose, unified in language. The system had to scale without fragmenting.
The Solution
Brand strategy, visual identity, and a design system was established before any product work began. One token-based language, extended across every surface - ensuring each application feels native to the ecosystem, not bolted onto it.
User Research
We spent 2 weeks interviewing clinic staff and elderly patients to understand the friction points in the existing paper forms.
Prototyping
We built rapid clickable prototypes and tested them with users to ensure the digital forms were accessible and easy to navigate.
