Healthcare Learning Platform
Multi-stakeholder healthcare compliance platform redesigned around role clarity and operational independence.
The Challenge
A regulated healthcare environment running on fragmented workflows - policies managed in Word, audits built in Google Forms, onboarding done manually. Every stakeholder role carried friction the system should have absorbed.
The Solution
Rebuilt as a role-based system where each user type sees only what their work requires. In-platform creation tools replaced external dependencies. Task visibility replaced notification-based follow-up - reducing support load across all stakeholder layers.

Multi-Stakeholder Context
The platform served six distinct roles — each interacting with the same underlying data from a different operational context. Design decisions were evaluated against the full stakeholder chain before implementation, not optimised for a single user type in isolation.
Legibility for Low-Tech Users
Research consistently showed that frontline users were not resistant to the platform — they were resistant to its complexity. The design reduced decision points, simplified navigation paths, and removed functionality that was present but rarely needed by the majority of users.
